Follow these simple steps:
- Visit your Consultant’s personal website and log in.
- Click Account from the top right of the website.
- Click Scentsy Club Subscription.
- View your upcoming shipments and edit your subscription.
Can I edit my existing subscription?
Yes. You can modify your account and profile information at any time. When you modify an existing subscription order within 10 days of your next shipment date, those changes will be applied to the next available subscription shipment. You can also cancel an order at any time. Note that if you cancel an order containing an Always Get My Bar fragrance, the cancellation counts as a “skip” per the Always Get My Bar rules.
If I choose to remove a product from my subscription, can I add it back?
Yes, if a product (including a Scentsy Bar) is currently available to the general public, you can remove and add it back to your subscription. If you remove a discontinued Scentsy Bar that is still being made just for you as a Scentsy Club member (the Always Get My Bar perk), it cannot be added back to a subscription, unless it is made available to the general public again in the future.
What happens if the credit card associated with my subscription is declined?
If a credit card is declined, we will try to process the order two more times. You will be notified after each processing attempt. After the billing information is updated, the order will ship immediately. If the card is declined a third time, the subscription will be deactivated. To reactivate the subscription, you’ll need to visit the subscription page to update your credit card information. Items in a subscription will not be shipped until the subscription is reactivated.
How do I view my subscription page?
Go to your Account, click Scentsy Club and select your subscription.
